APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Problem Description:
    If you execute a report, leave the viewer open in one tab then,
    in the main Maximo
    tab, move to a different application. The contents of the
    viewer tab
    are frozen. There is no more ability to page through the report.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    a) Log into Maximo and run any report. Suggestion, go to Work
    order tracking, Select all Work orders, run the Work order list
    report.
    b) In the viewer, move forward and backward a few pages. Do not
    close.
    c) In the main maximo tab, move to the Report Administration
    application
    d) In the viewer tab, try to move to next or previous page.
    RESULTS:
    you will note that you are unable to move around in the
    report viewer
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    you should still be able to move around in the viewer.
