Error description
Problem Description: When Edit Mode is turned ON, an issue can occur when downloading the complete list of incidents records to file. The set of records in file is different than the records listed in ICD GUI in INCIDENT application. And the set of records in the file is not complete. This can be also reproduced with the SR application. Steps taken to reproduce the issue: - enable edit mode via Application Designer - log out and log back in - go to SR application and filter for all records - the Edit Mode button is greyed out - there are 34445 records in the SR application and not all are listed in excel after downloading them Expected results: A list of all records should be downloaded Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.0.9-IFIX20180606
