IJ18016: HOURLY RATE FOR CREWS APPLICATION IS USING AVERAGE RATE IN STEADOF SUMMING THE RATE.

Error description

• In the crew types application, the hourly rate field help states
  the following:
  
  "The sum of the individual labor rates plus the asset rates are
  assigned to the crew."
  
  However, when Maximo for Utilities is installed this does no
  apply, it will actually use the average cost.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create a new Crew Types record and 3 Required crafts:
  Position 1 = Driver, craft = OLM for a rate of 22$
  Position 2= Helper, craft = Network for a rate of 100$
  Position 3= Leader, craft = Hardware for a rate of 140$.
  
  When we look at the Hourly rate for the record it shows a total
  of 87.33, instead of the sum of the values which would be 262$.
  Please note that it will also take the average of the tool as
  well.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  
  That the values would have been the sum and not average of the
  total crew.

Problem conclusion
