• Encounter below error when performing upgrade from 6.2.8 to
  7.1.1.13.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. On a successfully installed 7.1.1.13 environment, open
  command prompt and run upgradeui.bat.
  2. Successfully complete intregitycheck and validation steps.
  
  3. Proceed to the upgrade step. This will fail with the above
  error mentioned.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  upgradeui.bat to complete successfully and upgrade to complete
  without errors.
