APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • PROBLEM:   Work order shows incorrect scheduled start date
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to Maximo (Desktop) and make sure the mxe.skd.syncwodates
    is set to 1 in the System Properties application
    2. Go to Work Order tracking application and create a work order
    3. Approve the work order
    4. Create a new assignment line on the Assignments tab  and
    assign the work order to a labor
    5. Login to Anywhere application and find the same work order
    created step 4 above
    6. Click the Timer button
    7. Go back to Maximo (Desktop) and refetch the work order
    Expected: Work order Scheduled Start date has not changed from
    what it was on step 4 above
    Actual: Work order Scheduled Start date has been updated to the
    current system date
    8. Go to the Assignments tab and check the Scheduled Start Date
    (ASSIGNMENT.SCHEDULEDATE)
    
    
    RESULTS: The assignment's scheduled Start date has been updated
    to the current system date
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:   The assignment's scheduled Start date is
    the same as it was on the step 4
    
    PRODUCT VERSION:
    IBM Maximo for Scheduler 7.6.7.0
