IJ16318: RESULT SET FILLS UP ANY EMPTY DATE FIELD WITH THE CURRENT DATE

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Create a Result Set in start center to show some records that
  have empty field date. As example, you can take some work
  orders that have the scheduled Start and finish dates (or any
  other date) empty. When they are displayed in a Result Set
  portlet you'll see that those field are not empty but filled up
  with the current date and time.
  
  VERY IMPORTANT: This issue happen only if you install a IFIX >=
  TAPE 7.6.0.9-IFIX20190313-1320
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Setup a Restul Set portlet to showup some records (e.g work
  orders) with empty date fields
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Empty Date fields are filled up with the current Date in Result
  Set
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Empty Date fields should be let empty in Result Set
  

Local fix

• Upgrade to 7.6.0.10. Issue is not not present in 7.6 FP10
