IJ16055: UNABLE TO GET OPTIMIZER TO ALLOCATE LABOR RESOURCE OVER WEEKENDS

Error description

• PROBLEM:   Optimizer does not allocate labor resource over
  weekends
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Calendar application and bring up a calendar
  2. Select "Define / Apply Shift" action and define a 5 day
  shift with zero work hours on the weekends
  
  3.  Go to People application and bring up a person record
  Enter the same calendar and shift as step 1 and 2 above
  
  4. Select  Modify Person Availability  action and add
  extra time for the weekends
  
  5. Run Optimization from Graphical Assignment application
  
  
  
  RESULTS:   Optimizer does not assign resources for work orders
  that need to be worked on during weekends
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  Optimizer should assign resources for work
  orders that need to be worked on during weekends
