Error description
A Rejected Asset Will Show A New Location XXXX After transferring a rotating item from one storeroom to another, and after its been shipped, and received. we decide to reject the asset. But the rejected asset will still show up in a new storeroom location. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Go to Inventory-Item Master Application choose Item ACCUDRAW Tab to Storerooms tab (item is available in storeroom Software, Central and PKG 2. Go to Inventory > Inventory Item ACCUDRAW Storeroom SOFTWARE 3. Quantity Available: 37 Current Balance: 40 4. Go to Inventory application > Inventory Usage and create a New Usage 1013 Storeroom: SOFTWARE Usage Type: TRANSFER Item: ACCUDRAW under the Transfer Details choose To Storeroom Central Quantity: 2 Inspection Required: checkbook ticked 5. Click More Actions-Change status to Shipped 6.Go to Inventory Shipment Receiving 7.Open shipment 1004 Rotating Asset 1884 1885 8.Under Shipment Receipts, click on Select Shipped Items 9.Choose the receipt 10.Click OK 11.Save 12.Click More Actions- Change Inspection Status for Rotating Items 13.Asset 1884 - Tick Accept 14.Asset 1885 - Tick Reject 15.Click OK 16. One asset 1884 is receipt and for the other asset 1885 is reject. 17. Go to Asset Application and Asset Find Assets 1884 1885 18. Both Assets show a new storeroom location Central 19. Go to Inventory application Item ACCUDRAW 20. Item ACCUDRAW for Storeroom Software shows correct balance Quantity Available 36 Current Balance 39 RESULTS: The rejected asset 1885 is now showing in a new Location XXXX. EXPECTED RESULTS: No rejected assests should show in a new Location XXXX. REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.9
