  report, the lease liability value of some leases are showing
  zero even though the underlying lease records indicate a lease
  liability value.

  In the Weighted Average Remaining Lease Term and Discount Rate
  report, the lease liability value of some leases are showing
  zero even though the underlying lease records indicate a lease
  liability value. In the ROU Asset and Liability Report, those
  same leases display a lease liability that is not zero.

  If the lease record has liability value then it should be
  reflected in the Weighted Average Remaining Lease Term and
