Problem Title ============= Unlimited inspection of a rotating item received from a transfer Problem details: ================= In Maximo, after transferring a rotating item from a storeroom to another one and after it has been shipped, we must receive it and inspect it if required. In case it's required, after receiving the item, if we cancel the receipt then receive it again, we can change the inspection status repeatedly. This will transfer the item each time we do it. We should be able to inspect it just once. Application ======== Shipment Receiving STEPS TO REPRODUCE: =================== 1. Go to Inventory-Item Master 2. Bring up PUMP100 3. Move to Storerooms tab (item is available in multiple Storerooms) 4. More Actions- Add Items to Storeroom 5. Choose CENTRAL 6. Go to Inventory Inventory Usage 7. New Usage 1023 Storeroom: PKG Usage Type: TRANSFER 8. New Usage Line Item: PUMP100 To Storeroom: CENTRAL 9. More Actions-Change status to Shipped 10.In the Select Rotating Assets1 for RMOTOR area enter new row Line 1 11.Choose a rotating asset 12.Click OK 13.In the Create Shipment window note shipment 1002 14.Click OK 15.Go to Inventory-Shipment Receiving 16.Open shipment 1002 17.Under Shipment Receipts, click on Select Shipped Items 18.Choose the receipt 19.Click OK 20.Save 21.Click Select Records to Void 22.Choose the receipt 23.Click OK 24.Save 25.Click Select Shipped Items again 26.Choose the receipt 27.Click OK 28.Save 29.More Actions- Change Inspection Status for Rotating Items 30.Tick Accept 31.Click OK 32.Repeat last 3 steps Conclusion: The Item is transferred in the destination storeroom each time.
