Error description

• Steps:
  
  Login as  qaiamm652@yopmail.com  / maxreg
  Click on Work Supervision
  Click on one of the cards available in the main page
  
  Result: Several places display text truncated.
  
  Expected result: Either text is displayed properly or at least,
  if truncation is needed, the use of ellipsis is required.
  
  
  See screenshot with the marked truncations
  
  Problem - Text inside Maxiomo Tile headers and headers of table
  inside the tiles are truncating in most of the Apps.
  
  
  Root cause -  For long text in headers should be seen properly
  or should handle to show ellipses after a shorten length. But
  it was not handled correctly in the common component.
  
  
  Remedy -
  maximo-tile-css.html -
  To show ellipses added CSS class to maximo-tile-css.html to
  handle the issue in Tile headers.
  
  maximo-table-css.html -
  To show ellipses in table headers inside Tiles added CSS class
  to handle the issue. Also to handle this added <maximo-label>
  inside the table header div.
