IJ08192: CHANGE IN THE DEFAULT COLUMN VALUE IN CASE OF FRESHLY REGISTERED MACHINES

Error description

• There are newly installed machines, with no scan run so
  far...hence I would not expect to see YES for Catalog scan
  successful.
  When I look at Reports > Computers and filter with no "Last Scan
  Attempt", the resulting columns of "Catalog Scan Successful,
  Software Tags Scan Successful, File System Scan Successful, and
  Package Scan Successful all show "Yes", even though no scan has
  been ran.
