  The StringCoding takes more time for encoding and decoding while
  passing Charset.
  

Local fix

• Use charset name instead of passing Charset object
  

Problem summary

• The Charset encoder and decoder are created on every encode /
  decode operation as there is no cache.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to cache the Charset encoder and
  decoder and avoid creating those instances for every
  encode/decode operation.
