Local fix

Problem summary

• when truss is run with -f option to follow children, and if any
  kernelextensions which exposes system calls, are loaded
  unloaded on the fly, truss child may hit coredump and truss
  parent will hang.
  
  Due to this customer cannot view the trace of system/library
  calls of the debugged process.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the code where truss may hit coredump and hence avoiding
  the coredump issue and the parent truss's hang issue.
