Error description

A filecheck dependency on a file located on a dynamic agent in
some cases remains in "asked" state even if the file is present
on the agent, that is a question mark ("?") appears near the
file name in the "conman sf @#@" output.
The problem occurs after an agent-master communication problem.

The dependency remains in "asked" state until JnextPlan or until
a job/jobstream having an OPENS dependency on the same file is
submitted.

The problem occurs after an agent-master communication problem.
The code has been modified to manage the exception received
reporting to batchman a "file not present" state. In this way
batchman will retry the check.

Problem conclusion

This apar will be fixed in 9.4-TIV-TWS-FP0002 and
9.3-TIV-TWS-FP0004
