If there is a network connection error on the Front Side Handler of a Multi-Protocol Gateway service, the error path might result in a restart during multi-step processing.
Local fix
Problem summary
The fix prevents DataPower B2B appliance from restarting when a network error occurs on a front network interface while running an ebMS processing policy. Customers who use ebMS protocol on DataPower XB60 and XB62 for business document exchange might see this problem.
Problem conclusion
