  When the problem occurs the Q Content output may look
  like this:

  ANR2034E QUERY CONTENT: No match found using this criteria.
  ANS8001I Return code 11.
  
  The intent of FOLLOWLINKS=YES is to show ALL links
  that are dependent on base chunks on the volume. If a volume
  is showing no content at all, but still exists, that view
  should typically show us the files that are dependent.
