Error description
The Appliance Management Protocol (AMP) operation "SetDomainExport" will deploy a given export or backup package to a given domain name or list of services overwriting objects and files with the same names. With the Reset-Domain flag set to true, if the input content is invalid, the reset proceeds, returning the domain to its initial state regardless of success restoring the original configuration.
Local fix
Problem summary
AMP SetDomainExport operation with the Reset-Domain flag set to true, resets the target domain though the operation cannot be completed successfully because invalid input is supplied in the command. The domain configuration is reset and the original domain config is lost if the command fails. The domain reset operation must be performed after first verifying that all the input is valid.
Problem conclusion
The fix is available in 3.8.2.14, 4.0.1.12, 4.0.2.8 and 5.0.0.0
