Error description
When the FastBack for Workstations application attempts to backup the Lotus Notes E-mail file a required dll fails to load properly. Customer/L2 Diagnostics: Check the Windows application/system event logs for messages like these (examples): 1.) Faulting application fpapicomsrv.exe, version 6.1.2.0, time stamp 0x4ceda7f6, faulting module cdp_notes_ext.dll, version 6.1.2.0, time stamp 0x4ceda7e4, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00012bb0, process id 0xa60, application start time 0x01cbc871c3e62b3c. - or - 2.) The replication engine could not Copy file D:\test\test.nsf to D:\Server\RealTimeBackup\client\D\test\test.nsf. Error: Unable to access the specified file; Extra information: FastBack for Workstations Versions Affected: All FastBack for Workstations Versions 6.1.x Initial Impact: Medium Additional Keywords: email LN schedule dynamic link library

There is no work around for this failure.

The issue has been resolved in version 6.1.2 .2 and higher
