Error description

• When trying to logon to Host On-Demand via the Windows Domain
  login feature on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 client machine,
  the logon fails with error 'User not authorized' message with a
  return code of -7.

  The problem is found in environments where Windows 7 and
  Windows Vista operating systems are used as client systems for
  logging into Host On-Demand using Windows Domain. There is a
  condition in the native code that was preventing login from
  completing on the newer Windows operating systems.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to allow clients to login on Windows 7
  and Windows Vista client machines with Windows Domain Login.
  
  Fix is scheduled to be available in Fix pack 10.0.8.1
  Fix is scheduled to be available in Fix pack 11.0.2.1
