Error description
The users receive the PCSWS.EXE error (Faulting application pcsws.exe, version 5090.5.9162.553, faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.5512, fault address 0x00037410.) when they try to copy and paste in the Telnet 5250 sessions. They use the PCOM menu to copy and paste. These sites are still using XP and running PCOM 5.9.2.

Problem conclusion
