Error description
When DataPower is configured to use Service Level Monitoring (SLM) and to collect data for monitoring with ITCAM SOA the appliance reboots. The problem only occurs if the Web Service Management settings are set to Buffering Mode = Buffer. After the appliance reboots, if the Troubleshooting page is used to generate an error report, the error report will show a problem "Executing URL: store:///dp/wsm-enumerate.xsl"
Local fix
To work around the issue, turn off SLM reporting: - Login to the DataPower Web GUI - Select Objects > SLM Policy - For each SLM policy defined: - Click on the policy - Click on the statement tab - Click on the pencil to edit - Change Maximum Records Across Intervals from 5000 to zero - Save the configuration
