HE09167: can not get license for RADE V5R21

Error description

• SCENARIO:- 1.Set the variable DSLICENSING=LEGACY 3. Run the CATV
  BTSetup.exe of RADE R21. 4.Run the CATVBTLicenser.exe 5.License
  Panel appears, select the Licenses. 6.Launch the Microsoft Visua
  l Studio 2008. 7.Click on ???Open CAA Workspace???. . PROBLEM:-
  "Not able to get the RADE License",an Error message appears, and
   License Panel appears with license selected. This error msg app
  ears whenever we open the workspace from Visual Studio.  EXPECTE
  D RESULT:- Using Variable user should be able to use the LUM Lic
  enses.  The Same behavoir is observed on Windows XP 64 bit machi
  ne and windows 7 OS . .

Problem conclusion

• NOTE THAT DOCUMENTATION WILL ALSO BE INCLUDED IN  V5R21 SP2.

  Documentation after correction :
  Please note that the Interactive Dialog Designer application
  should not be installed if the corresponding licence (the IDD
  - CAA - Interactive Dialog Designer product) is not
  available, elseway the CAA workspaces will fail to open with
  a licensing error. This can be checked using the RADE License
  Manager (CATVBTLicenser) utility. In case the application has
  been selected by error, open Visual Studio, go to the
  Tools/Addin Manager ... menu, uncheck the CAA V5 -
  Interactive Dialog Designer Addin Addin and restart Visual
  Studio.
