Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Start 64-bit CATIA V5R19SP3 on Windows 64bit
  2) Open the CATDrawing
  -> It is not possible to open the drawing
  -> The following error message appears:

  Problem while reading document. Load operation failed
  Invalid data. No editor associated
  .
  3) Start  CATIA V5R19SP3 on Windows 32bit
  4)  Open the CATDrawing
  -> It is possible to load the CATDrawing
  -> The following error message appaers:
  .
  Standards have not been loaded for document??
  because of data inconsistency
  .

  Problem reproduced using 64-bit CATIA R21 under windows 64-bit.
  After Open and Save using 32-bit CATIA R21 under windows 32-bit,
  the resulting drawing can be opened using 64-bit CATIA R21 under
   windows 64-bit.

Problem conclusion

• Incident Diagnosis:
  Analysis shows that the problem is caused by the CEG1
  drafting standard in the drawing.
  The development team have replaced the invalid standard with
  the ISO standard and the corrected drawing is available.
  Note:
  Further investigation will be made if the customer can
  providde the CEG1.xml file and the scenario that results in
  the problematic drawing.
