Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA R19 and generate a suitable geometry like cube
  or cylinder.
  2. Change to FTA workbench.
  3. Using knowledge Advisor, generate a Semantic Tolerance
  dimension.
  4. From the Spec Tree, select the properties from contextual
  menu of the newly created dimension.
  5. Here, change to Value tab and activate the Fake Dimension
  option.
  6. Enter any random value for the fake dimension and select
  OK.
  RESULT: Fake dimension value is displayed in the dimension.
  This is behavior does not match the information in
  documentation.
  In 3D Functional Tolerancing & Annotation / Non-semantic and
  Semantic Usage, following note is provided:
  Note that semantic Toleranced dimensions cannot be faked.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  CATIA behavior should match the documented behavior.
  It should not be possible to fake semantic toleranced
  dimensions.

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  FTA / The Semantic Tolerance dimensions can be faked on R19
  level. Documentation says it can not be faked.

  The fake mode will be disabled (grayed out) from properties
  of semantic dimension and hence there would not be question
  of changing the dimension into fake.
  This is done through enhancement.

  BYPASS:
  Don't modify the fake mode for semantic dimensions.
