Error description

• SCENARIO:
  Start CATIA V5
  1) Open the Part on CATIA V5 R18
  2) Open the Tap Location sketch; drag the circle to update the
  part.
  3) Save and Close the Part
  4) When the Part is re-opened it is up to date.
  5) Repeat the same scenario with CATIA V5R19.
  6) Save and Close the Part
  7) When the Part is re-opened it needs an Update.

  Inconsistent behavior shown between the two releases.

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Knowledgeware
  Reactions cause update cycle when part is opened. After
  updating, saving, and closing the part, the part is still not
  up to date after it is reopened.

  RESTRICTION
  EXPLANATION:
  One of the relation present in part activates two
  constraints of the sketch during the update of sketch. The
  activation of the constraints sets the sketch to not up to
  date state and hence the sketch is seen as not up to date
  after its update. This phenomenon is called reimpact which
  cannot be managed by update mechanism and hence the sketch
  feature is seen up to date in specification tree however it is
  not up to date. Therefore when the part is re-opened after
  updating and saving it, an update is requested.
  Due to
  repeated reimpact (update cycle) the sketch is seen as up to
  date in specification tree however it is not up to date which
  is considered as permanent restriction.

  BY-PASS:
  Modify the
  reactions in order to avoid activating constraints in a sketch
  during update of sketch itself.
