  2. Open PRC from VPM Navigator
  3. Load (in design mode) any Fastener.CATPart to CATIA window
  from navigator
  4. CATIA reports error that "The startup catalog files in the
  following list could not be found or contain the wrong
  information for the active document"

  1. Why CATIA reports HRABodyFastenerFeatureCatalog.CATfct is
  missing or containing wrong information even file is
  available in env path?
  2. CATIA reports missing CATfct file sometime as
  HRABodyFastenerFeatureCatalog.CATfct (which is matching with
  our catalog file name) and some time as
  HRABODYFASTENERFEATURECATALOG.CATFCT?
  3. Why CATIA sometime reports CATfct file name with all
  (HRABODYFASTENERFEATURECATALOG.CATFCT) upper case? We never
  had CATfct file with all upper case so far.
  4. What is the resolution for this problem?

• Despite a catalog with the right name is present is the
  runtime view, the model cannot be opened if it is not the
  original catalog that allowed the feature
  creations.

  To create a new catalog, use the
  CreateCatalog global function which is exemplified in the

  Once features have been
  instantiated in a document, the catalog defining their
  StartUps cannot be re-created. You should only use the
  UpgradeCatalog  1  global function to modify the StartUp catalog
