Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1. Open attached CATProduct file in CATIA R17SP06 level.
  Please refer to attached document for the exact CATIA level
  to be used.
  2. Change to FTA workbench.
  3. Click on any 2 available annotation Text Leaders and move
  them to the right or left.
  4. Save all the changes.
  5. Open the just saved files in R19SP03 level.
  RESULT: The text whose location was changed in step 3 is not
  in its previous position.
  The position of leader of this text has changed completely.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  When file is opened at step 5, the text leader position should
  be same as that at step 3.
  The leader position should not change.

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Position of a FTA leader created on V5R17 level was changing
  if opened in R19 level
  CORRECTION EXPLANATION:
  There was a defect due to which the behavior was incorrect.
  This defect is now fixed.
  On Fixed level, the position of leader is unchanged.
