  0. Start CATIA V6
  1. Load a product
  2. Open the "Parameters" and "Relations" on
     Product level
  => The Parameter "Perimeter" is defined to the
     Part "0000" - "Measure" - "Surface de mesure.1" -
     "Perimeter"
  3. Now edit the "Sketch.1" for the Pad.1 under the
     0189 part and change the length "5mm" to "7mm"
  4. Update the measure.

  PROBLEM:
  A Knowledge report error message is displayed:
  Parameter deletion impact.
  You are deleting a parameter in input
  of the relation Formula.1
  A clone is going to be created.
