APAR status

Error description

  • GenTie2 always returns sqlstate 51003 (a timestamp conflict
occurred) which is considered as warning by DB2.

Local fix

  • n/a

Problem summary

  • When a SQL issue occurs, GenTie2 always returns a warning code
to DB2 and the process control continues. It has been modified
to return an error code so warnings are not suppressed by DB2.

Problem conclusion

  • Problem has been solved with 8_4_0-CS-UDFEXIT-IF0040
