HD81010. OR THE ANSWER MADE
FOR THIS DUPLICATE APAR APPLIES ALSO TO THE
CURRENT PROBLEM.

Incident Diagnosis :
Color scale panel should not be displayed when
opening of a saved part even if color scale option is
made ON in connect checker analysis. Color scale
will be displayed only after edition of Connect
Checker if color scale option in ON.

By-pass not applicable but the problem is fixed by
the APAR mentioned above
