• THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN
  CATIA
  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  .
  Drafting (IntDraft) /Control Points of the spline is
  still in NoShow after showing the spline.
  .
  RESTRICTION EXPLANATION:
  .
  The control points are under the spline. Thus they
  cannot be visualized in the visible space if the
  spline is not shown. That is why when hiding only
  the spline, the control points are hidden too.
  However, you can visualize the spline without its
  control points, by hiding every single control points
  explicitly.
  .
  When selecting the spline by the trap, the user
  actually selects 9 elements (as indicated in the
  status bar "9 elements selected"): the spline and its
  8 control points. When clicking Hide, he explicitly
  hides the spline and every single control point.
  After swapping visible space, selecting the spline
  only and clicking Show only asks for showing back
  the spline. As the control points have been
  previously hidden, they remain so. This is the
  standard behaviour in Part Design, Sketcher and
  drafting.

  BY-PASS:
  .
  As the user wants to hide the spline + every single
  point with the trap, he must select everything again
  with the trap and click show.
