    INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
    .
Drafting (GenDraft) / Wrong display of the Thread
    Line.
    .
    DEVELOPMENT REQUEST JUSTIFICATION:
    .
The true problem here is the way threads are
created. Tapered holes and screws are not a true
geometry in the 3d design. It's just a data that
figures on features ( holes or thread features).
But the 3d geometry do not take it in account at all.
To make appear those representations in the
drawing, a temporary geometry is created on the
fly during each view update. The problem with this
geometry is that it makes a clash appear. Clashes
are not officially supported by the
projection engine. It is supported more or less
depending on the situations. Here the thread trace
(its projection) is just at the same depth than the
    border of the cut.
    .
Depending on nearly nothing the trace is
considered by the projection engine as seen or not.
In the current state of the art it is impossible to do
more without destabilizing other cases that
    are considered as more nominal.
    Answer and By-Pass
As explained in the ppt provided in the materials
the better by-pass is too move a bit the cutting
body so as to avoid to get it exactly goes through
the center axis of the hole.
    .
    BYPASS:
    .
the better by-pass is too move a bit the cutting
body so as to avoid to get it exactly goes through
the center axis of the hole.
