  1.) Open CATPart
  2.) Activate Composite Design Workbench
  3.) Select the new "Level II IML function
  4.) Complete Dialog Window:
  -Select Plies Group.1
  -Select "New Full EEOP"
  -Set Max Deviation = .0076in
  -Set Target Radius = .76in
  -Define Ply Sets per attached powerpoint.
  -Select OK
  .
  Expected Results:
  "smooth" and "accurate" IML surface is created
  .
  Current Results:
  Excessive warping and curling at the edges of the
  surface.
