HD62998: ENOVIA LOSES CONNECTION TO THE VAULT WHEN POINTING TO VAULT C

Error description

• ENOVIA loses connection to the Vault when pointing
  to Vault C ache Server
  .
  Scenario:
  Preliminary Set up:
  .
  A vault server was set up and configured to be a
  vault cache server.
  .
  A text document was attached to a document while
  the client's VaultClient.properties file was pointing
  to the Vault Cache Server, to validate that the
  Vault Cache Server was set up and configured
  correctly. Then the text document was checked out
  from a client that was pointing to the original Vault
  Server, again to verify that the set-up was properly
  configured.

  A V4 .model was attached to a document while the
  client's VaultClient.properties file was pointing to
  the original Vault Server.
  .
  Scenario:
  .
  Intermittently, the Client pointing to the Vault
  Cache Server will loose connection to the vault.
  .
  1. Launch ENOVIA with the Vault Client Properties
  pointing to the Vault Cache Server
  .
  2. Send the document with the .model attached to
  V4.
  .
  An error message will appear, stating:
  .
  Error: IVSUserSession NOT found!!!
  .
  3. Close V4 and ENOVIA, re-launch ENOVIA again
  Send the same document to V4. After 3 or 4
  attempts, the .model will successfully load, but then
  after restarting ENOVIA, the same error will
  appear.
  .
  4. This error is not specific to .models, text

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

•  THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  4 RELEASE 25 level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R*SP**.
