  This problem is reproducible on R16 SP08.
  .
  This problem is not reproducible on R18GA level,
  after updating the Cut Out.1. Please follow these
  steps to update the Cut Out:
  .
  1. Go to the Cut Out.1 Sketch.
  2. Double click on the Sketch in order to edit it.
  3. Create a point inside the sketch and delete it
  again.
  4. Exit the sketch. The CutOut gets updated.
  5. Now update the drawing the missing bend lines
  appear.
