• GSD: WIRE CANT BE SPLITTED WHEN LENGTH OF
  SWEEP IS CHANGED.

  SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA.
  2. File / Open and select 20070222split.CATPart.
  Switch to Part Design.
  3. Double click Sweep.1/Length2 and edit the
  parameter from 4.5 mm to 5.5 mm.
  4. An error message is displayed.
  Update Diagnosis: PART3
  Feature: Split.1
  Diagnosis: Sweep.1 does not intersect
  SPLITED_WIRE. Modify cutting element.
  This is the problem. Actually Sweep.1 DOES
  intersect SPLITED_WIRE, so the change of
  Length.2 should not affect to Split.1.

  Correction Explanation:
  A correction has been done in the geometrical
  package. This fix has been done under
  versionning. Upgrade the Split feature.
  .
  Additional Information:
  The behavior cannot be corrected on R16 level, as
  the fix has been made under versionning on R17
  SP05 level. The impact were too high on R16 level.
