Error description

• Scenario :
  Using CATIA V5 R14 (Service pack 5) :
  1- read the CATPart file
  2- select "Circuit Board Design" workbench
  3- generate IDF file
  4- read the IDF file just created : it is OK.
  Using CATIA V5 R16 (Service Pack 4) :
  1- read the CATPart file (created in R14) and
  update if necessary
  2- select "Circuit Board Design" workbench
  3- generate IDF file
  4- read the IDF file just created
  Result : Problem
  Error have been detected during Import :
  Cutout : Pointer is NULL
