  SCENARIO:
  1) Open "RR3.CATPart". This file is 38MB. This file
  size is too large for the element number. This is
  defect.
  2) Clean this data by CATDUA V5. FGM_1 rule
  reduces file size as expected.
  3) Save this CATPart by other name. The file size
  is 19MB.
  4) Save this CATPart by ".stp". The file size is 4MB.
  5) Open the stp file.
  6) Save this CATPart by other name. The file size
  is 3MB. This file size is small for before stp (19MB).
  The difference is too large. This is the problem.

• Incident Diagnosis:
  The size of the CATPart decreases much after a
  loop export STEP-import.
  .
  Explanation:
  The initial CATPart contains curves created by
  plane-surface intersections. Thus this CATPart
  contains the definition of the 2D curves and 3D
  surfaces. The STEP export creates 3D curves in the
  STEP file and does not export the surfaces (2D is
  lost). It is why after reimport, the CATPart is much
  smaller.
