Error description

• V3 MAP AND FIC MODEL CANNOT BE READ INTO
  CATIA V4
  Scenario:
  1. Copy the fic and map file in to an empty CATIA
  declaration folder.
  2. In CATIA v4 try to open of the CATIA V3 files.
  3. You may face :NO READ ACCESS error message.
  4. Use CATDATA utility to copy model files from
  one CATIA declaration folder to another CATIA
  declaration folder.
  5. Now try to open the newly copied file. You will
  get the error message :Model cannot be converted.
  6. Also tried with following utilities but failed to
  open the file.
  CATAIX : to convert V3 files to V4.
  CATCLN : to clean the file.
  CATIMP : to convert the code page to ISO-88591
