  Extremity.BNS doesnot build properly if two of its
  points are too close.

  Correction Explanation
  If the Roll Start or End Point is too close to a BNS
  Extremity, a dialogue box pops up stating "The Roll
  command cannot be performed because the
  projected point is too close to a support or a bundle
  segment extremity.".
