Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Open attached 2666-01.CATPart and CATDrawing
  2. In drawing notice that the dimension pich wrong
  place (the dimension has been marked with a red
  circle for your ease): dim value is 22.91; it
  should be 23 (because radius = 11.5 in the part)
  3. Change the radius in the part from 11.5 to 12
  and update drawing
  Now the dimension pick the right place and is

  Incident Diagnosis
  The value of an associative diameter dimension on
  a projection view is wrong.
  Development Request Justification
  The creation of the diameter dimension of value
  23, selecting the two oblic edges under Dimensions
  icon will be possible after a development that is
  today in progress,  but shows a lot of
  regressions, so that it will ask a lot of tests
  before integration in CATIA V5.
  Answer and By-Pass
  Instead of using "Dimensions", use
  command "Diameter dimensions" and select
  GenItem refering to the circle of the screw bolt
  (select one of the three left vertical edges).
  Then the correct diameter dimension of value 23
  can be created.
