  Scenario:

  Open Berceau.CATPart with " sheet metal " workshop
  This part has been done with CatiaV5R7Sp7 : It is impossible
  to work on it and to insert new sheet metal feature (With
  CV5R7SP7 to CV5R10SP1)Example :
  Select " Point Stamp " function and select a face
  Let the default value
  Click Ok
  => Handler is null message appears.

  THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON :
      CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 11 GA level
      AND V5R10SP04.
   .
   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION :
  Sheet Metal features have been created after PartDesign
  feature (RectPattern) that is forbidden and not possible.
  A defect on V5R7 must have allow such configuration and on
  upper levels checks now detect that you are after a
  PartDesign feature and do not allow anymore SheetMetal
  feature creation.
   .
  To correct such part, you have to delete any  Sheet
  metal feature which are in PartBody and created after
  a Part Design feature.Then to select last SheetMetal
  Sheetmetal feature just before RectPattern  in tree
  feature and set it as Define in Work Object.
   .
   In your part you have to delet AutomaticBend.4 and Cutout.14
  Then select RectangularPattern.17, MB3, Define in Work
   and you will now be able to recreate Sheet Metal feature
  previously deleted or any other Sheet Metal feature.
