Error description

• - Launch a V5 session
  - Open a CATPart
  - Enter the Generative Structure Analysis Workbench
  - In the New Analysis Case Window select Static Analysis and
  then OK
  -In the tree edit under Nodes and Elements Octree
  tetrehedron.1
  -define the element size the sag size
  -Select OK
  -Select the compute icon
  -In the compute window select Mesh only.
  -Select OK
  -Notice the error "CATCrvParam or CATSurParam not associated
  to a geometric object."

  Generative Structural Analysis - unable to mesh a part :
  CATCrvParam or CATSurParam not associated to a geometric object.
  

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
    CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 9 GA level.
  
  
   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE CORRECTION:
  Wrong computation to calculate a distance between a point and
  a surface = no value was returned so that a parameter had no
  value.
  Algorithm was improved.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  The problem is corrected.
