Error description

• Engineering symbol text is not created correctly by GYCTTC
  catgeo in japanese environment.
  Scenario :
  1. Start CATIA V4 and select TEXTD2 function (current
  GRAPHISM: CHR_DSUS).
  2. Execute CTQ4038.iuaproc IUA program by command '/m
  CTQ4038' at input zone.
  3. Key in four engineering symbol text by CTRL+ALT+E,
  Result:
  A text is created. But it is not displayed correctly.
  By the way, in CATIA English environment (codepage :
  ISO8859-1), engineering symbol text is created correctly by
  the CTQ4038.iuaproc
