APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This is an ergonomics problem.
  When Catia runs, if you log out Windows NT, Catia doesn't ask to
  save the document like in Notepad or in Word.
  
  SCENARIO V5R3:
  - File-Open a CATPart,
  - Modify it (add a hole),
  - Leave NT: Start-Shutdown-Close all programs etc ... YES,
  ==> Windows NT logs out without asking the user if he wants to
  save the changes in the CATPart.
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: this works OK on V5R4 level.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
    CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 4 SP1 level.
  
   INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  No save if one logs out of the NT.
  
   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE CORRECTION:
  No correction on V5R3 because there is too much impact.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  None.
