   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE CORRECTION:
  At model read, CATIA modifies UUIDs contained into model with
  update of links referring to UUIDs.
  New declarative enables user to activate new file read pop-up
  menu:
  CATIA.READASCOPY : STRING;
  CATIA.READASCOPY = 'ON';
  .
  Restrictions are the followings:
  - only .model can be accessed
  - no ADD PASSIVE option
  - unique model name in session needed: appropriate warning
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  READ AS mode is actiovated through declarative:
  CATIA.READASCOPY : STRING;
  CATIA.READASCOPY = 'ON';
