Troubleshooting
Problem
In Planning Analytics Workspace, all data are set to zero in Exploration View when a "Hierarchy by Attribute" is present as either rows, columns, or context.
Cause
AllRuleCalcStargateOptimization is set to true (T) in tm1s.cfg configuration file.
It must not be used with any TM1 models that are using alternate hierarchies.
Resolving The Problem
Comment "AllRuleCalcStargateOptimization=T" in tm1s.cfg, or set this parameter to false:
AllRuleCalcStargateOptimization=F
