Why does the OOB agent configuration get modified during upgrade?
Cause
You must not change the OOB agent criteria id/server name because these values will be modified with the factory set up values during upgrade.
Answer
Since, after every upgrade, the OOB agent configuration will be reset, it is recommended that you do not update the OOB agent configuration.
As a permanent solution, you can create a new agent criteria, configure the agent server, and configure jms and schedule info. You will get the new changes brought into the agent criteria in the product. This ensures that the changes are preserved on every upgrade.
