4.5: ChangeRelease: The output XML does not reflect if new status is extended

Symptom

Simulation Steps:
1. Extend 1300 > 1300.100
2. Create custom transaction that picks up 3300 status and drops in 1300.100 (Say backorder)
3. Use ChangeRelease API (sample provided) that uses above transaction.
4. Order correctly moves to 1300.100 status . However, output XML of ChangeRelease shows status 1400 only (does not talk about 1300.100)

If I use ChangeRelease Api to backorder part of release to 'extended backorder' status. It works correctly. But, output XML shows 'Status' as 'base BackOrder' It should show Extended status.
